Vitrola
Terms of use
The short version: buy it once, use it on your Macs, don't share or crack the license. The details are below.
Last updated October 14, 2026.
Who sells Vitrola
Vitrola is made by ONE.ZI TECNOLOGIA LTDA, in São Paulo, Brazil. You can reach us at matheus@onezi.com.br. You buy it through Gumroad, which resells it and processes the payment. Gumroad's own terms apply to the checkout.
Trial
You can try Vitrola free for 7 days, one trial per Mac. When the trial ends, the app asks for a license.
Your license
- One payment, no subscription.
- It's a personal license for up to 2 Macs that you use.
- It includes free updates through version 1.x. A future version 2 may be sold separately.
Refunds
If Vitrola isn't for you, email matheus@onezi.com.br within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. A refund, chargeback or payment dispute deactivates the license on your Macs.
How the app checks the license
Vitrola checks your license with our server about every 3 days, when it's online. Each check is good for 30 days, so the app keeps working offline for a while. If it can't reach the server for longer than that, it asks you to connect again. The privacy page lists what these checks send.
What you can't do
- Resell, share, rent or redistribute the app or your license key.
- Get around the license or the trial, or help others do it.
- Pull the room images or other assets out of the app to use or distribute elsewhere.
Photos, music and covers
The views of São Paulo in the window are public domain photos (CC0 and Public Domain Mark) from Wikimedia Commons, credited in the app under Settings, About. Other assets and their licenses are credited there and on this site. The music and album covers you see belong to their owners. Vitrola only reads what Spotify or the Music app is playing on your Mac. It doesn't sell, store online or share any music.
No warranty
Vitrola is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will work on every Mac, with every version of Spotify or Music, or without bugs. That's what the free trial is for.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for anything related to Vitrola is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page with a new date. Changes don't take away what you already bought.
Law
These terms follow Brazilian law. Any dispute goes to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless the law of your country gives you the right to another court. Before that, write to matheus@onezi.com.br: most things get solved by email.
